  • Led field-level implementation of natural resource management and climate resilience activities in vulnerable regions while mobilizing communities, facilitating capacity-building and awareness sessions, and supporting the establishment of village-level conservation institutions. Developed comprehensive project documentation including work plans, Terms of Partnership (ToPs), meeting reports, and impact assessments. Designed and conducted Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) exercises, socioeconomic surveys, and feasibility studies, while compiling case studies and success stories to strengthen program learning and visibility. Ensured effective coordination with local stakeholders and government departments to align project interventions with community development needs.
