Research, Data & M&E Specialist with over ten years of experience working across education, social protection, climate resilience, gender inclusion and health related projects among others. Proven track record of working with the World Bank, Palladium International, WWF, Aga Khan Foundation, Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), GOPA Worldwide Consultants, CERP, USAID, LUMS, UNOPS and other Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), delivering high-quality analytics and reports to inform policy and operational decision-making. Some relevant delivered tasks are the following:


• Systems’ Assessment of BISP Kafalat & Nashonoma Program: I conducted assessments of the UCT and CCT programmes using Social Protection Assessment Resource Kit for Systems (SPARKS) – a World Bank assessment tool.

• Climate Risk Assessment in Sindh: With USAID, I conducted Climate Risk Assessment along with other team members.

• Impact Evaluation of PHCIP: Conducted baseline and endline of the World Bank project with Punjab government focusing on economic inclusion, early childhood education and health components.

• RCT on Graduation from Poverty for BISP: I was part of the team (professors from Harvard, MIT & LSE) to conduct an RCT on graduation from poverty for BISP.

• Baseline Report for Aga Khan Foundation(AKF): Analyzed data and wrote the baseline report for AKF on Creating Pathways for Educational Success of Girls (CPESG)

• Data & Evidence Systems: Skilled in building dashboards, managing and analyzing data from household surveys (PSLM, HIES, MICS and LFS) along with school level surveys like Annual School Census (ASCs) among others.

  • Led implementation and evaluations of large-scale projects in education (GEPD), economic inclusion (PHCIP), social protection (BISP) and climate adaptation (cross cutting). Developed customized survey tools and managed data collection via Survey Solutions, SurveyCTO, Kobo toolbox among others. Built dashboards and produced analytical reports tracking project KPIs, learning outcomes, and operational challenges.
