General Dentist

MAXCARE CLINICS is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team at our modern multispecialty clinic in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. We are looking for a dentist who is passionate about quality patient care, maintains high clinical standards, and is interested in growing within a professional, collaborative environment. This position is offered on a percentage-sharing basis, providing earning potential based on the procedures performed, rather than a fixed salary.

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform general dental procedures according to your clinical skills and experience.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and basic surgical dental care.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Build strong, professional relationships with patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Refer and coordinate cases with specialist dentists when advanced or specialized care is required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to maintain a high standard of patient care.

• BDS degree from a PM&DC-recognized institution.
• Valid PM&DC registration/license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in general dentistry and routine clinical procedures.
• Candidates with additional certifications or training in specific dental procedures will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to work on a percentage-sharing basis.
